Our Introductory Packages:
Smart Start introductory sessions are for new clients to help you get familiar with the foundations of Pilates & the safety of the machines. At CSP the focus is on the Pilates Method as it applies to YOU.  We work with you to address your your specific needs, strengths & goals.

The  Smart Start session on it's own is 1- 50 minute private session. & the Smart Start Package  consists of  3 - 50 minute private sessions.
* All Private sessions are booked through the Office by phone or email. *

Your First Session:
During this session you will be focusing  on learning  the basic principals of Pilates & becoming familiar with the safety & function of the apparatus equipment . Before you come in for your first session please fill out the online registration form below.

What to wear:
wear comfortable exercise clothing (may be loose fitting but not bulky).  Shoes should not be worn as they are restrictive.
(The studio does have a water dispenser & mats for your use at no charge).

Studio Ettiquette:
Please remember to:

•  Turn off all cell phones during class and private lessons. (Leave on Vibrate if there is a pressing matter)
•  Arrive on time and a few minutes early if it's your first visit to the studio.
•  Remember CSP has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. No shows and late cancellations will be charged for that time.
•  Contact us directly if you have any questions, concerns, or compliments.
•  Because some of the clients suffer from environmental allergies, I request that you refrain from using fragrances or hairspray in the studio.
