Reformer classes are fun, varied, and designed so you’ll never get bored. We stay grounded in the core Pilates principles, but the Reformer adds a dynamic, full-body challenge that helps you build strength, improve posture, and increase body awareness. Classes are intentionally small—just four people max—so you get plenty of personal attention while still enjoying the energy and motivation of a group. Each session mixes different exercises and variations, keeping your body guessing and your workouts engaging. Whether you’re aiming to tone, strengthen, or simply move in a focused, energising way, Reformer classes offer a balanced, effective, and enjoyable way to grow your practice.
Each Reformer class is a chance to explore new movement patterns and challenge your body in different ways. With the adjustable springs and versatile equipment, exercises can be scaled for your level—whether you’re just starting out or looking for a stronger workout. Beyond building strength, Reformer classes improve coordination, stability, and flexibility, making your everyday movements feel easier and more balanced. It’s a workout that’s as dynamic as it is focused, keeping things interesting every time you step on the machine. |
