COVID-19 Safety Protocols:

- Mask are optional when in the studio. Masks are available in the studio if you are in need of one.
- Please use hand sanitizer provided upon entry of the studio. (Located to your left when you come in the door.)
- Please refrain from arriving more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time.
- Please arrive in your workout clothes & with as minimal personal belongings as possible.
- Only equipment or props that have been set at your designated reformer by the instructor may be used during class.
- You or anyone in your immediate household has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days including: fevers, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, new muscle ache or headaches.
- You, or anyone in your immediate household is self-isolating or quarantining due to either: illness, contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days
- The cleaning solution has been changed to a hospital grade cleaner for all equipment.
- all Reformer, Tower & chair handles have been covered with vinyl covers so they can be thoroughly cleaned between sessions.
- 10 minutes between each class to give the instructor time to thoroughly clean all equipment used/touched.
- paper towels are being used to clean equipment and common areas & disposed of after each use.
- only small equipment able to be cleaned properly will be used at this time.
- during sessions the windows (and door in the spring/summer/Fall) will remain open to help airflow in the studio
