*All Clients new to CSP must complete a minimum of 1 Private session before joining any drop-in reformer classes.* All Privates are booked through the office & Reformer classes can be booked online.
To establish a foundation in the technique and safety on apparatus, CSP recommends 1 or 3 Private Smart Start session. This enables you to correctly learn & implement the basic foundations of the Pilates technique properly into your workouts, which will enable you to see greater results in your group or private sessions. All Classes, Privates & Semi-Private sessions at the studio are 50 minutes. |

REFORMER CLASS:
Reformer classes are fun with endless exercise variations so you will never get bored! With an emphasis on the pilates basic principals, reformer class introduces spring resistance to add another level of strength training to your pilates workout. Classes limited to 4 people max.

MAT CLASS:
Pilates mat classes are a great place to start your training. All the fundamental movements & pilates exercise principals are incorporated into this fun invigorating class. Mat-work is easily adapted to meet any fitness level while still maximizing your workout. Mat work helps you to build your core strength correctly & increase coordination while allowing you to focus on learning the foundations correctly in order to build your skills & technique to a more advanced level. Small apparatus such as balls, pilates rings, foam rollers & thera-bands are used in this class.

Similar in style to a tower class, the pilatesstick class amps up your typical mat workout. Simulating many of the tower & reformer excersises with a lighter resistance than the tower springs used. This class is challenging & keeps you engaged. Come try it , you'll Love it!

PRE-NATAL/POST NATAL CLASSES:
Prenatal Pilates will focus on building core strength, decompression of the spine and joints, circulation, proper alignment, & breathing. Excersise plays an important role in the health & well being for pregnant women & the unborn baby. Women who exercise during pregnancy have experienced minimal weight gain, increased stamina for labour and delivery, improved mood & sleep patterns, as well as more rapid postpartum weight loss. Participants will experience a deeper body awareness teaching them to be mindful of their bodies & to embrace the changes they are going through. - Turn off all cell phones during class and private lessons. (Leave on Vibrate if there is a pressing matter)
- Arrive on time and a few minutes early if it's your first visit to the studio.
- Remember CSP has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. No shows and late cancellations will be charged for that time.
